1. Are the floors clean, dry, and free from debris, clutter, and trip hazards?

2. Are routes, signs, and doors clearly marked, and are exit signs easy to see? Are outside entrances and parking lots clearly lit?

Fire Protection And Warning Systems

1. Is emergency lighting adequate, tested, and with a record of annual inspection?

Hygiene And First Aid
