Supporting people in their own home requires building high levels of trust while providing excellent services every day – and the Covid-19 pandemic has put care providers under more scrutiny and pressure than ever.
With that in mind, Smeaton Healthcare teams conduct regular internal audits to ensure consistent quality of care, compliance with internal standards and procedures, as well as compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) requirements.
This ongoing internal auditing process was mostly paper-based and resource-intensive. Benjamin Wakefield, Executive Managing Director at Smeaton Healthcare, was looking for a better solution:
