Setting up audit checklists in the system is easy, because the GoAudits Library includes dozens of care provider checklist templates that can be customised. The checklists are also easy to update later, if the auditing requirements change.
“We were able to use the templates as a guide and fine-tune them to our business and criteria. We also regularly need to tweak the audit criteria based on new requirements from the CQC. GoAudits makes it very easy to make updates: it’s just a matter of clicking, editing the question, and then generating a new report,” highlights Ibi.
Careville teams started using the app to manage various compliance audits and checks across the business, such as health & safety audits, weekly care plan audits, MAR/eMAR audits, pre-CQC inspection checks, patient visit checklists, to log any safeguarding incidents, or even to onboarding staff with competency assessments and new carer shadowing checklists.

Not only can I update audit checklists, but with the feature ‘Build your own template’, I was able to build documents that are not directly related to auditing, such as a Confidentiality form to be signed by new joiners.
