The team was looking to formalize and streamline its property quality control process and selected GoAudits for this purpose.

Woodside Homes offers various solutions, including fully equipped and personalized housing. Therefore the construction and pre-delivery quality control covers many aspects, with hundreds of inspection points: from roofing and insulation, to electrical and HVAC setups, to interior fixtures and appliances in all rooms, bathrooms and kitchens, all the way to garden landscaping. Any issues found require coordination with many different Trade Partners, such as builders, suppliers and installers.
As a result, consistent quality checks and follow-ups were sometimes a challenge. “We were performing different checks and taking notes, but not in a systematic and formalized way. Therefore GoAudits has been a game changer for us,” says Ciaran Mullins.
Today, dozens of users at Woodside Homes perform quality control inspections across hundreds of new houses delivered each year – which results in significant efficiencies and time savings for everyone.
Custom digital checklists, the intuitive app and automatically shared reports – all these features have significantly simplified the work of the Customer Care and Delivery teams, while improving overall quality.
