3. Are all in-ground irrigation heads and valve boxes recessed properly and flush with the surface?

4. Is the surface clean and free of hazardous debris such as glass, stones, trash, or animal waste?

5. Are synthetic turf seams and infill levels verified to be secure and within manufacturer specifications?
