1. Are shingles, tiles, or panels evenly aligned without gaps, warping, or loose edges?

2. Are ridge caps, hip caps, and starter strips installed correctly and uniformly?

3. Is the roof surface free from nail pops, exposed fasteners, or visible adhesive?

4. Are flashing details around chimneys, skylights, and vents neat and sealed properly?

1. Was the roof deck inspected for damage or rot before installation?

2. Is the underlayment fully covered, intact, and properly overlapped?

3. Are drip edges installed along eaves and rakes to prevent water intrusion?

4. Are water barriers or ice shields present in vulnerable areas like valleys?

1. Are metal flashings installed at all valleys, walls, and penetrations?

2. Are chimney flashings properly counter-flashed and sealed?
