1. Is the roof membrane free of cracks, blisters, punctures, or tears?

2. Are seams properly sealed and free of lifting or separation?

3. Is there standing water visible after rainfall or signs of ponding?

4. Are reflective coatings or gravel ballast evenly distributed and intact?

1. Are perimeter flashings firmly attached and sealed without gaps?

2. Are base flashings at walls and curbs securely bonded to the membrane?

3. Are counter-flashings properly lapped over base flashings?

4. Are roof edges and parapet caps in good condition without rust or cracks?

1. Are vent pipes, skylights, and HVAC units sealed with flashing or boots?

2. Are pitch pans, pipe boots, and sealants free from cracking or shrinkage?

3. Are mechanical supports and equipment securely fastened to avoid movement?

4. Are areas around penetrations clear of debris that could block drainage?
