1. Is debris picked up and placed in trash bins?

2. Are scattered materials put away in designated areas or the Lost & Found?

3. Are the floors swept and mopped (or vacuumed and then mopped)?

4. Is unused equipment unplugged?

5. Are tables and chairs wiped down (disinfected/sanitized)?

6. Are all high-contact surfaces disinfected (doorknobs, light switches, etc.)?
