1. Is the playing surface level and free of holes, ruts, or depressions that could cause ankle injuries?

2. Is the turf density uniform across high-traffic areas (e.g., mid-field, goal mouths) with no bare dirt patches?

3. Are all in-ground sprinkler heads and valve boxes recessed properly and flush with the soil surface?

4. Is the field free of hazardous debris such as glass, stones, trash, or animal waste?

5. Is the soil compaction level within safe limits (Gmax testing verified) to ensure adequate impact absorption?

1. Are all portable goals (soccer, lacrosse, etc.) securely anchored to the ground to prevent tipping?

2. Are goal posts, uprights, and padding secure, in good repair, and free of sharp edges?

3. Are all protective paddings (on fence posts or light poles) present, securely attached, and free of dry rot?

4. Are the nets free of holes or tears that could allow a ball to pass through or create an entanglement risk?

1. Are fences and backstops free of protruding wires, sharp edges, or structural sagging?

2. Are the warning track materials consistent in depth and free of weed growth?

3. Are bleachers and player benches free of loose bolts, splinters, or sharp metal edges?

4. Are walkways and spectator paths level, well-lit, and completely unobstructed?

5. Are drainage grates and swales clear of debris to ensure rapid water runoff during rain?

1. Is the lightning detection system tested and confirmed to be fully functional?

2. Is the scoreboard and field lighting system verified for secure mounting and safe electrical operation?

3. Are concession areas and restrooms clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary hygiene supplies?

4. Are Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for fertilizers or turf chemicals current and accessible to all maintenance staff?

1. Is the daily maintenance and inspection log signed and updated with all repair actions?
