Moving away from paper for brand standards and cleanliness audits
10 Fitness is a US-based chain of sports clubs, currently counting 13 locations. To ensure equipment quality, facility cleanliness and brand standards, the teams were conducting frequent audits. With the pandemic, hygiene and safety became even more of a priority, with additional new procedures introduced in every area.
The team was looking to move away from paper forms and spreadsheets, to save paper and make it easier to update procedures when required.
Jenny Bradford, Facilities Coordinator at 10 Fitness, explains:
