By participating in this Referral Program (“Program”), you (“Referrer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Responsibility – As a participant in the Program, you understand that you are acting as an independent party and not as an agent, employee, or representative of GoAudits Inc. Any compensation you receive is solely for referring new customers and does not establish any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

2. Legal Compliance – You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any legal, tax, or regulatory obligations that may arise from receiving referral payments. This includes, but is not limited to, income tax reporting, business licensing, and adherence to any industry-specific regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. GoAudits Inc is not responsible for providing tax advice or ensuring compliance with any laws that may apply to your participation in this Program.

3. No Liability – GoAudits Inc assumes no liability for any disputes, penalties, claims, or consequences resulting from your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations related to referral payments. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoAudits Inc from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in this Program.

4. Program Modification or Termination – GoAudits Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any payments earned before such termination will be honored in accordance with the Program’s terms.

5. No Guarantee of Payment – Referral payments are subject to verification and approval by GoAudits Inc. If referrals do not meet the eligibility criteria, or if fraudulent or unethical activity is detected, payments may be withheld or revoked at GoAudits Inc’s sole discretion.
