Miniclipper was using Excel forms, with basic results and no real follow-up or resulting action plans. Inspections were conducted once every 6 months because auditing, chasing and following up was such an onerous and paperwork-heavy exercise.
To improve this process, the Miniclipper team looked into 6 different auditing solutions. Inspections now take place monthly, and in an expanding number of areas: health & safety, walk-throughs of warehouses and offices, ambience and business standards, personnel training, hazardous materials procedures etc.
