HSC helps hospitality, retail and other businesses comply with all applicable regulations in health & safety, food hygiene, fire safety and other areas. Each month, their consultants conduct numerous audits and detailed inspections of their customers’ facilities, processes and personnel.

Providing more detailed information to customers
HSC conduct various onsite audits to ensure their customers’ regulatory compliance: fire safety, kitchen hygiene, health & safety, Covid-19 prevention procedures, DSE (display screen assessment), golf course risk assessments and other ad-hoc checks.
With the GoAudits inspections app on their tablet or phone, consultants easily tick the applicable checklist answers, attach photos, annotate them and insert comments. The report is then immediately generated and emailed to the right people. Alternatively, they can finish their onsite inspection (even offline), then complete the report or add extra comments later.

Presenting findings and results in a clear, visual format is particularly important, so that clients can take appropriate action. Each question and topic is assigned a number of points, automatically translating into scores, which can then be tracked over time.
