AR HOLDINGS operate retail franchises in fashion, home decor and restaurant industries, representing 19 international brands such as Gap, Mango, Crate&Barrel or Outback Steakhouse in Latin America.

With the creation of a new central auditing department, the company was looking for a tool to efficiently conduct customized audits for each of the brands, from retail standards to food safety, meeting the specific needs of each location.

Digital paperless auditing has brought more efficient and greener ways of working to the organization. José Enrique says:

As José highlights, the team heavily relied on this Action Plan feature to drive continuous improvements: “In this year and a half, we have produced 420 reports of 15 different types, generating more than 2,500 action plans, with an average improvement of 85%.”
