10 Fitness is a chain of sports clubs With 13 locations and counting across Arkansas and Missouri, USA. The clubs offer a wide range of gym equipment, 24/7 access, 300+ weekly group classes, plus massage and tanning facilities.
The challenge: many areas, many sites, one brand standard to hold
A single club has a dozen distinct zones to keep clean, from the workout floor to locker rooms and tanning rooms. Multiply that across locations and consistency gets hard fast.
10 Fitness ran frequent audits to stay on top of it, but paper couldn’t keep up. As Jenny Bradford, Facilities Coordinator at 10 Fitness, puts it: “Before GoAudits, we primarily used a paper method for conducting our audits, which was not conducive to the digital age. Papers can easily get misplaced or damaged, furthermore updating or enhancing audits was quite troublesome. We also wanted to do our part for the environment in any way that we could.”
