1. Has the surface been cleaned of dust, oil, debris, and contaminants?

2. Is the substrate dry and moisture-free as per the manufacturer’s specifications?

3. Are all cracks, joints, and voids properly repaired before application?

4. Have protection boards or surface primers been applied where specified?

5. Is the ambient temperature within the acceptable application range?

1. Are all waterproofing materials approved and within the expiration date?

2. Are materials stored in dry, shaded, and temperature-controlled conditions?

3. Do material batch numbers and data sheets match the project submittals?

4. Are manufacturers' installation guidelines available on-site?

5. Have protective coatings or sealants passed incoming inspection or test sampling?
