1. Is the finance documentation and outline of the agreement provided?

2. Is the Life Shine Care Kit provided, if required?

3. Is the vehicle insured?

4. Is the vehicle handbook (user manual available)?

5. Is the Life Shine/Gap certificate provided, if required?

6. Has the customer been re-introduced to the business manager?

1. Are the instruments working?

2. Are the electronic functions working correctly and are they easy to use?

3. Is the telematics/navigation system working properly?

4. Is the in-car entertainment system operational?

5. Are the fluid levels, including AdBlue, checked and adequate?

6. Is the spare wheel, saver, and aerosol present and accessible?

7. Are the jacking points, jack, and wheel brace in place and functional?

8. Was the customer driven off-site and confirmed they could drive the car confidently?

9. Are the aerial, key, locking wheel nut, and alarm present and in working order?

10. Is the seat adjustment and memory setting functioning properly?

11. Is the gear selection, Tiptronic function, and EGC operating correctly?

12. Is the fuel filler cap operation explained and understood?

13. Is the customer comfortable opening the bonnet?

14. Are the accessories (DVD, etc.) explained and functional?

15. Is the steering comfortable and responsive?
