1. Are you wearing protective clothing and safety equipment?

2. Is the oil level in the vacuum pump checked and topped up if required?

3. Are the thermo fans spinning when the power take-off is activated?

4. Is the oil level in the main hydraulic tank checked?

5. Is the vacuum pump inspected for oil leaks?

6. Is the vacuum gauge monitored during each operation?

7. Are there increased levels of noise?

8. Are load times between jobs being compared and monitored?

9. Is the pump operating temperature being checked and monitored?

10. Is the secondary shut-off inspected for contamination and emptied if necessary?

1. Have all tires, the frame, and the suspension been checked for damage?

2. Is the work area free of power lines, cables, and other overhead objects?

3. Is the truck on a hard surface like pavement to stay level when tipping?

4. Is the rear door or drain valve opened and left open?

5. Is the hoist safety valve located and pressed to operate the hydraulic function levers?

6. Is the door lock switch held to unlock the rear door locks?

7. Is the switch held until all door locks are fully open, and then released?

8. Is a visual inspection performed to ensure all door locks are completely open before raising the door?

9. Is the door switch flicked to open and held until the door is fully open, then released?

10. Is the hoist raise switch operated to raise the tank, then released when the slurry begins to empty?

11. Is the tank raised no more than a 45° angle while unloading?

1. Is the hoist safety valve activated and held, while also holding the hoist raise switch to lower the tank?

2. Is the tank checked to ensure it’s sitting properly on the chassis subframe before releasing the switch?

3. Is the breakaway vacuum line checked to ensure it’s sitting correctly and airtight?

4. Are hands kept clear when the tank is tipped?

5. Is the seal and door inspected to ensure they are free from any waste?

6. Are debris removed from the seal or door with a hose or broom if present?

7. Is the hoist safety valve activated and held while also holding the door switch to lower the door?

8. Is the hoist safety valve activated and held while holding the door lock switch to lock the door?

9. Is the sound of the locks engaging while locking the door?
