4. Is the electric panel safe or could it potentially cause a fire in the home?

1. Assuming you live in the Northern Hemisphere, are the south, west, and east sides of the roof checked for current or future obstructions?

2. Do small trees grow and shade the roof during the system's lifespan?

3. Are trimming trees to improve solar exposure considered?

1. Are roofs damaged or missing roof shingles, cracked, flashing, have signs of pooling, and have blockages in the downspouts?

2. Are there any roof leaks or does the attic have signs of water damage?
