1. Are the current emergency evacuation plan & procedure displayed in appropriate positions around site?

2. Are fire extinguishers marked correctly on evacuation plan?

1. Are the emergency exits marked correctly on evacuation plan?

2. Are emergency numbers displayed on evacuation plan?

3. Are the firefighting equipment in place and in good condition?

4. Has a laser been set up?

5. Is there any issue obstructing during material transfer?

6. Is the complete area free from spillage?

7. Are all the boundaries appropriately demarked?

8. Are the pumps set up rightly and running properly?

9. Are the ramps on grade?

10. Are the windrows on ramps at least have the height of the biggest dump truck tire?

11. Are there sufficient white posts with reflectors along haul roads?

12. Do the roads have a well maintained running surface?

13. Are spill kits available and all hydrocarbon spills reported and cleared?

14. Is dust sufficiently suppressed in the working area and measures rightly taken?

15. Are all geotechnical hazard clearly identified, marked and communicated to all employees?

16. Is housekeeping in the pit satisfactory and are all waste segregated in the correct color-coded skips?
