1. Are all tires inflated to the manufacturer’s recommended pressures?

2. Is the tire tread depth above the minimum legal limit and showing even wear?

3. Are there any visible cuts, bulges, or punctures on the tires?

4. Are all wheel lug nuts present, tightened to specification, and free of rust or damage?

5. Do the wheel bearings operate smoothly without unusual noise or play?

6. Are the shocks, struts, and bushings free from leaks and in good condition?

1. Is the battery securely mounted with clean terminals and no signs of corrosion?

2. Is the ammeter functioning correctly and indicating normal charging conditions?

3. Is the alternator belt properly tensioned, intact, and free of wear?

4. Are all dashboard gauges (oil pressure, temperature, fuel, etc.) displaying correct readings?

5. Are the high and low beam headlights operational and correctly aimed?

6. Are the tail, brake, and turn signal lights functioning and bright?

7. Are all side marker and clearance lights working properly?

8. Are all visible electrical wiring, connectors, and fuses free of damage or corrosion?

5. Are there any visible leaks, dents, or damage on the truck’s body and undercarriage?

2. Is the oil free from sludge or abnormal discoloration that might indicate internal issues?

3. Is the coolant level correct in both the radiator and overflow tank?

4. Are the radiator, hoses, and clamps free of leaks, cracks, or corrosion?

5. Are all belts (including accessory and fan belts) intact, properly tensioned, and free of wear?

6. Is the engine air filter clean and securely in place?

7. Is the exhaust system (muffler, pipes, hangers) free of holes, corrosion, or loose fittings?

8. Does the oil pressure gauge indicate normal operating pressure?

1. Is the transmission fluid at the proper level and in good condition?

2. Does the clutch engage and disengage smoothly without unusual noises?

3. Is the drive shaft free of damage, and are the U-joints secure and lubricated?

4. Are the differential and axle components free of leaks and operating normally?

1. Is the air brake pressure reading within the recommended range on the gauge?

2. Are the brake pads or shoes within acceptable wear limits and securely mounted?

3. Are the brake drums or rotors free of excessive wear, scoring, or warping?

4. Are all brake lines and hoses free of cracks, leaks, or corrosion?

5. Does the parking/emergency brake hold the truck securely?

6. Are all brake lights functioning properly and clearly visible?
