1. Are temperature logs maintained and checked for unusual patterns during opening, shift change, and closing?

2. Are units cleaned out daily to prevent crowding?

3. Are mild soap and soft materials used to clean the interior and exterior of the units to prevent surface damage and unpleasant odors?

1. Are evaporator coils inspected for ice build-up and dripping?

2. Are drain lines inspected for blockages?

3. Are the fins, cabinet, copper tubing, and solder joints checked for signs of corrosion?

4. Is the unit inspected for excessive or unusual vibration in fan blades or sheet metal panels during operation?

5. Are headers, return bends, and coil fins checked for oil stains?

6. Is the drain pan inspected to ensure the drain is clear of debris, obstructions, or ice buildup and is free draining?
