1. Have all walls been checked for plumb and square?

2. Have bowed and twisted studs been checked for?

3. Have all blocking elements, including ADA handrails, cabinets, balcony rails, stair rails, etc., been checked?

4. Have all draft stop vertical and horizontal elements been checked?

5. Has the subfloor been checked for damage and/or soft spots?

6. Have approved point load locations been confirmed?

7. Has the material for fire ratings and sill treatment been confirmed?

8. Have door and window locations/opening sizes been confirmed and coordinated with the floor thickness system?

9. Have windows been checked for proper installation and ease of operation?

10. Have ADA/ANSI unit requirements and dimensions been confirmed?

11. Has the proper installation of structural hardware, including hangers, straps, anchors, bolts, CLP, compression post, etc., been confirmed?

12. Have header and beam locations, type, and installation (cripples and king studs) been confirmed?

13. Have wall types, sheer wall locations, and construction been confirmed?

14. Has the building been cleaned and swept?

15. Is the framing inspection complete, both by the city official and the structural engineer?

16. Are all walls straight-edged and planed?

1. Has the electrical inspection been performed and approved?

2. Are all the nail plates correctly installed?

3. Has the fire protection been installed around all conduit/MC cables above ceilings and walls?

4. Is all the gypsum board in fire-rated partitions, due to electrical conduit/MC cable installation, free from damage?

5. Is all blocking used by subcontractors complete?

6. Do all boxes have the proper support ears for the partition type they are in, secure, and in the right location?
