2. Walkways, entrances, and stairwells are adequately lit

3. Parking areas and structures are fully illuminated

4. Failed or flickering lights are recorded for maintenance

5. Dark spots and blind areas along the route are checked on foot

1. All non-residential and common-area doors are locked after hours

2. Office, amenity, and storage rooms are secured, with lights off where required

3. Service, loading, and emergency doors are closed and not propped

4. Gates and vehicle barriers are locked or set to night mode

5. Ground-floor and basement windows are closed and locked
