1. Is the chilled water piping properly connected?

2. Is the chilled water piping pressure tested?

3. Is the hot water piping properly connected?

4. Is the hot water piping pressure tested?

5. Are air vents installed on water coils with shutoff valves as specified?

6. Is any damage to the coil fins repaired?

1. Are the controls operable?

2. Is the power connected, and the rotation checked?

3. Are the bypass dampers operable?

1. Is the installation carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions?

2. Is the programming done according to the designed control strategy?

3. Is the heating operation verified during occupied periods?

4. Is the heating operation verified during unoccupied periods?
