1. Have all dirty hand and body towels been collected?

2. Have the door handle and key card reader been wiped?

3. Is the door lock wiped with a cleaning solution?

4. Is the cleaning solution applied to all table/counter surfaces?

1. Are the decorative covers, pillows, and blankets removed?

2. Have the bed sheets been checked for stains or rips?

3. Are the bed sheets and pillowcases stripped and replaced?

4. Are the sides of the sheets tucked and wrinkles removed?
