1. A Vehicle History Report (VHR) must be run and must not have the following restrictive conditions listed: Odometer Rollback Not Actual Mileage Exceeds Mechanical Limits Manufacturer Buyback Hail/Fire/Flood Damage Dismantled/Reconstructed Branded/Junked/Salvaged Title Airbag Deployment/Gray Market Non-OEM glass is acceptable only if it meets the following HCPV program standards. Perform all required maintenance All fluids must be topped off Floor mats must all be present and properly secured All tires must be same size, brand, load, speed rating and free of damage OEM or non-OEM windshields containing cracks, chips, scratches and pitting must be repaired and/or replaced with Honda Genuine glass Scratches greater than 4 inches, dings/dents that cannot be covered with a dime and/or damage that penetrates the base metal must be repaired

2. A VIN Status Inquiry must be performed to ensure all open campaigns and recalls are completed.

3. All VIN plates must match across the engine compartment, doorjamb, and dash.

4. Both the FMVSS and Tire Labels must be present on the driver-side B-pillar.

1. The frame must be carefully inspected to ensure there is no prior structural damage.

1. The vehicle must be inspected for any after-market components.

1. The key remotes must function correctly for unlocking, locking, and panic button operations.

2. The keyless entry system driver door buttons must properly unlock and lock the vehicle.

3. The ignition switch or engine start button must successfully start the engine.

4. The ECON button must operate and show the correct display on the dash.

5. The door chime must operate correctly.

6. All instrumentation indicators must illuminate when in the "ON" position.

7. The dash, instrument panel, and brightness controls must be in good condition.

8. The temperature and fuel gauges, including needles, must operate properly.

9. The speedometer and tachometer must function accurately, including needles and RPM readings.

10. The clock must display and operate correctly.

11. The compass must display and operate correctly.

12. The horn must be fully operational.

13. The steering wheel must be in good condition and function in tilt, telescopic, and lock modes.

14. All steering wheel-mounted controls must be operational.

15. Windshield wipers and washers must have correct aim and pressure for both front and rear.

16. The shifter must be checked for smooth operation across all shifting points for manual or automatic transmissions.

17. Front and rear backup and parking sensors must be fully operational.

18. The parking brake must engage properly and display the status on the dash.

19. The hood release must operate correctly.

20. The trunk, tailgate, or hatch release must operate correctly.

21. The fuel door release must operate correctly.

22. The carpet must be clean and free of any damage.

23. Floor mat retention hooks must be present to secure mats properly.

24. The center console must be in good condition and be able to open, close, and lock.

25. The glove box must be in good condition and be able to open, close, and lock.

26. Beverage holders must be clean and in good condition.

27. The coin holder must be clean and in good condition.

28. Armrests and side pockets must be clean and in good condition.

29. Seats must be inspected for upholstery condition, proper operation, and smooth track movement.

30. Seat heaters must function correctly and provide proper heating performance.

31. Seat belts, including buckles, latches, and retraction mechanisms, must function properly.

32. Headrests must be able to adjust up and down correctly.

33. Windows must operate smoothly and at the correct speed through full travel with no noise or glass damage.

34. Front doors must be inspected for proper operation of trim, panels, handles, latches, and locks.

35. Side mirrors must be in good condition and operate correctly, including the side-view camera if applicable.

36. Side mirror blinkers must be in good condition and fully operational.

37. The rearview mirror must operate correctly, including auto-dimming features if equipped.

38. The headliner must be clean and free of damage.

39. The sunglasses holder must be in good condition and open/close properly.

40. The sunroof glass and shade must be in good condition and operate correctly.

41. Sun visors and mirrors must be in good condition and able to flip up, down, and sideways.

42. Courtesy and map lights must be in good condition and operational.

43. The AC, heater, and defroster must operate properly through all vent outlets.

44. The AM/FM/XM radio must function correctly, including the display, control panel, and speakers.

45. Multimedia ports, including the CD player, USB port, and MP3 auxiliary jack, must be operational.

46. All previously stored data must be cleared from the Hard Disk Drive.

47. The Intelligent Multi-Information Display must be operational and display correctly.

48. HondaLink® must be operational and successfully pair with a phone for Aha™ and Pandora® services.

49. Bluetooth® Streaming Audio must be operational and pair with a phone.

50. Bluetooth® HandsFreeLink® must perform voice commands and pair with a phone.

51. The navigation system must operate correctly, display properly, and have all stored data cleared.

52. The rearview camera must function and display correctly.

53. The DVD player and its control panel must be operational.

10. Integrated sunshades must operate properly and hook securely.

11. Rear or sliding doors must be inspected for operation of trim, panels, handles, latches, and locks.

12. Rear dome and map lights must be in good condition and operational.

13. The cargo light must be in good condition and operational.

14. The cargo privacy cover must retract and hook properly.

15. The cargo/luggage compartment must be clean.

16. For Ridgeline models, the In-Bed Trunk® must be in good condition and operational.

17. For Ridgeline models, the Dual-Action Tailgate must be in good condition and operational.

18. For Odyssey Touring Elite® models (2014+), the HondaVAC® must be operational.

1. Front windshield glass must be free of cracks, chips, pits, or scratches.

2. Windshield wiper blades and arms must be in good condition and operational.
