Every 250 To 500 Hours

1. Is a basic engine service scheduled?

7. Are the tires free of sagging, low pressure, cuts to the cord depth, or excessive wear?

14. Is the cab in good condition, with clear glass, functional mirrors, wiper blades, horns, and secure seat belts?

Warm-Up Checks

1. Has the air filter system been checked for warnings? Does the filter need to be replaced or cleaned?

3. Are the dashboard gauges working properly and at safe, operating levels?

4. Are the lights tested (headlights, high beams, signal lights, brake lights, and backup lights)?

5. Have all hydraulic systems been tested? Are the hydraulic lines, dump body (for dump trucks), bucket, stick, and boom (for excavators) functioning properly? Are there any leaks or irregular noises?

6. Are the fluid levels (engine, steering tank, hydraulic oil, power terrain, engine coolant, swing drives) at the correct levels?

Daily Operating Checks
