1. Can all emergency exits be accessed easily?

2. Are fire doors clear of obstruction?

3. Are escape routes clear?

1. Is the Indicator panel showing 'normal'?

2. Are whistles, gongs or air horns in place?

1. Are luminaries and exit signs in good condition and fully functional?

2. Is emergency lighting and sign lighting working correctly?

1. Are all fire extinguishers in place?

2. Are fire extinguisher clearly visible?

3. Is there clear access to fire hydrants at all times?
