1. Is a visual inspection performed for debris stuck in the conveyor mechanism?

2. Is a check performed for unusual noise during normal conveyor operation?

3. Is a visual inspection carried out for cuts or bruises on the conveyor belt?

4. Are any instances of belt slippage or material spillage noted?

1. Are roller bearings lubricated?

2. Are parts of the conveyor mechanism scraped to remove debris and foreign objects?

3. Is there a check performed for damages to the conveyor belt and rollers?

4. Are materials unloaded properly from the conveyor mechanism?

5. Is a check performed to retrieve and clean the dust containment system to remove accumulated debris and other undesirable foreign objects?
