1. Is the conveyor structure free from damage, corrosion, or misalignment?

2. Are all guards, covers, and safety devices in place and secure?

3. Is the conveyor area clear of obstructions, debris, or spillage?

1. Is the belt free from visible wear, cuts, fraying, or cracks?

2. Is the belt tracking correctly along the rollers without drifting?

3. Are belt joints, splices, or fasteners intact and secure?

4. Is the belt tension adequate and evenly adjusted?

1. Are idlers and rollers rotating freely without excessive noise or vibration?

2. Are pulleys aligned and free of buildup, wear, or damage?
