1. Asset ID or tag number

2. Make, model, and serial number

3. Operating system and version

4. Assigned user or department

1. Exterior casing is free of damage, cracks, and excessive wear

2. Screen or monitor is clean and free of dead pixels or damage

3. Keyboard and mouse are clean and fully functional

4. Ports and connectors are intact and free of debris

5. Fan vents and internal components are cleared of dust buildup

6. Power and peripheral cables are undamaged and properly connected

1. All connected peripherals are detected and functioning

2. Storage drive health shows no errors or failing sectors

3. CPU and system temperatures are within normal range

4. Battery holds charge and health is within acceptable limits

5. Surge protector or UPS is in place and functioning

1. Operating system is updated to the approved version

2. All security patches and updates are installed

3. Device drivers are current and no devices show errors

4. Required business applications are installed and licensed

5. Unused or unauthorized software has been removed

6. System startup and overall performance are normal

1. Endpoint protection or antivirus is installed and up to date

2. Firewall is enabled and correctly configured

3. Disk encryption is active on the device

4. Screen lock and password policy meet security standards
