This checklist can be used by Club Managers to ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed daily: cleaning, inventory, cashier, security cameras and more.

1. Are all employees dressed within the guidelines of the company dress code?

2. Is the daily till log properly filled out with all opening till amounts entered?

3. Has the petty fund been properly counted and the variance(s) notated?

4. Has the change fund been properly counted and the variance notated?

5. Is the budget sheet up to date and reflecting all current/pending orders?

6. Is product waste being tracked and disposed of properly?

7. Are all products being stored and labeled properly?

8. Are inventory counts being completed according to schedule?

9. Was the product count accurate?

10. When was the product inventory count verified last?

11. When was the edible inventory count verified last?

12. Is the inventory product adjustment sheet up to date?

13. Were last week’s daily and weekly cleaning lists completed and approved by a manager?

14. Check any random employee file - does the file contain emergency contact information, signed handbook/training materials and a copy of the employees background check. Were all of the forms in the file?

15. Log onto the security camera system - can you pull up the playback option for any camera and print captured screenshots?

16. When was the security camera login sheet last filled out?

17. Was any activity in the security camera login sheet missed?
