1. Has access to parking, water, and electrical outlets been confirmed?

2. Have small items, décor, toys, shoes, and breakables been removed from the carpeted area?

3. Has light furniture been moved to expose as much carpet area as possible?

4. Have fragile and valuable items been secured or removed from the room?

5. Have curtains and drapes been lifted or pinned at least 150 mm (6 inches) above the floor?

6. Have pets and children been kept out of the area during cleaning?

7. Has the carpet type and overall condition been checked before cleaning starts?
