1. Is the property’s address clearly visible from the roadway?

2. Is the parking lot properly striped?

3. Are there an appropriate number of handicapped spots in the parking lot?

4. Are there designated spots for hybrids/compact cars?

5. Is there proper lighting in the parking lot?

6. Are there cracks in the pavement that need to be repaired?

7. Are unloading zones clearly marked?

8. Are there wheelchair-accessible ramps leading up to the main entrance?

9. Are there handrails leading up to the main entrance?

10. Are there any obstructions in front of fire hydrants?

11. Is there a trash dumpster on-site?

12. Are ashtrays available near entrances? Or are no-smoking signs posted?

13. Are utility/cable boxes properly marked?

14. Is the property shoveled and/or plowed during the winter?
