Body Energy Club is a fast-growing chain of 17 health food stores headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. Preparing and distributing fresh juices and food, as well as packaged health supplements, the company needs to ensure consistently high standards, every day and across all its stores. Controlling store tidiness and proper merchandising, customer service levels, inventory management, food safety procedures, freshness and quality of ingredients, staff training and awareness, and now also Covid-19 safety protocols… is a constant process that requires many efforts.
