1. Are the outriggers and carriage in good working condition?

2. Is the frame level and is the angle indicator functioning properly?

1. Do the parking and service brakes function properly?

2. Are all operating levers and controls functioning smoothly?

3. Are all gauges and instruments working correctly?

4. Do the foot controls function properly?

1. Are the hydraulic lines and cylinders free from leaks?

2. Are the cylinders and chain in good condition?

3. Are the pivot pins secure and in good condition?

4. Is the load backrest secure and in good condition?

5. Are the forks in good condition and properly attached?

6. Are the vertical mast sliding and rolling parts in good condition and functioning properly?

1. Are there any broken, cracked, or loose parts on the equipment?

2. Is the overhead guard secure and in good condition?

3. Do the head and tail lights function properly?

4. Does the seat belt function properly and is it in good condition?
