1. Is the area clean (housekeeping)

2. Are electrical leads not creating trip hazards

3. Walkways clear

4. Are all lights working

5. Is the shelving weight sign legible

6. Shelfs stacked correctly (falling objects)

7. Safety signage in place and legible

8. First aid kit complete and in date

9. Access to emergency equipment clear (fire reel, extinguisher, first aid kit)

10. Lifting gear test and tag in date

11. Electrical test and tag in date

12. Are there no sharp edges of sheets protruding

13. Are SDSs on site for hazardous chemicals

14. Are fuels ect stored in ventilated areas

15. PPE being worn

16. Are amenities clean

17. Waste bins not overfull

18. Waste segregated

19. Forklift tickets and competences current

20. Forklift pre-start complete

21. Forklift maintenance up to date

22. Are all personnel inducted
