This Daily Truck Inspection Form is designed to help drivers inspect specific aspects of their vehicles to ensure safety and avoid damages.

1. Are strange noises from the engine, such as rattles, knicks, or tics checked?

2. Are belts and hoses checked for leaks, cracks, splits, or abrasions?

3. Are engine oil levels checked?

4. Are fuel levels checked?

5. Are exterior gas caps checked?

1. Are dings and scrapes in the doors checked for?

2. Are there any signs of vandalism?

3. Are there dents or scratches along the side of the vehicle?

4. Are there loose hubcaps or body stripping checked for?

1. Do high beams, low beams, and fog lights work?

2. Do all tail lights illuminate properly?
