1. Has a safety briefing been conducted for all individuals involved in the erection procedure?

2. Do all workers have access to and use personal protective equipment (PPE)?

3. Is there a first-aid kit and emergency contact information available?

1. Has the transformer been inspected for evident damage during shipping?

2. Are all components and accessories present as specified on the packing list?

3. Have any differences or damages been documented and the provider notified?

4. Have the manufacturer’s instructions for unpacking the transformer been followed?

5. Has no damage occurred during the unpacking procedure?

1. Have insulation resistance (IR) tests been performed?

2. Have oil tests been conducted on transformers that are filled with oil?

3. Has the tightness of any external connections been checked?

1. Is the transformer placed on the foundation according to the layout plan?
