2. Is it confirmed that the current pallet rack configuration, including any modifications, conforms to the manufacturer’s or engineer’s specifications?

3. What is the current inspection date?

1. Is the rated capacity of the storage rack posted nearby and easily visible to workers?

2. Are the products or loads on the storage rack within the rated capacity of the storage rack?

1. Are loads placed, stacked, or stored in a stable and secure manner (e.g., shrink-wrapped, banded) using safe loading practices?

2. Are loads placed in accordance with the manufacturer’s or engineer’s instructions?
