6. Are the windshield, mirrors, and windows intact (no cracks or chips)?

7. Are basic safety features, such as seat belts and airbags, operational?

8. Are essential documents (registration, insurance) present in the vehicle?

9. Has the customer confirmed that the vehicle met their expectations?

10. Was the return process smooth and satisfactory from the customer’s perspective?

11. Have all customer-reported issues or concerns been documented?
