1. Is adequate storage space provided for equipment?

2. Are the decks around the pool not cluttered?

3. Are the surfaces leading to the pool, including the deck and steps, slip-resistant?

4. Do decks (surfaces) on all sides of the pool meet minimum safety standards?

5. Are the concrete surfaces properly sloped with no indications of major cracking or settlement observed?

6. Are there no standing water puddles on the deck?

7. Are all ladders, stanchions, chairs, rails, treads, plates, and other deck equipment tightly secured in place?

8. Is an adequate means of egress from the pool provided?

9. Are steps, treads, ramps, ledges, and other protrusions into the pool marked with a contrasting color coating or tile on both the top and vertical rise?

10. Are there any unpleasant odors or irritating fumes apparent?

11. Is there any physical damage apparent to the pool equipment?

12. Are the main drain grates securely bolted to the pool's bottom?

13. Are the grates visible from the deck with no apparent damage?

14. Are drain covers installed?

15. Are water return inlets installed?

16. Is the pool reportedly vacuumed daily?
