Use this Plant Commissioning Checklist to verify the installation of wastewater or treatment plant systems, including equipment, safety checks, etc.

1. Choose the large pump from the following: Influent Pumps Wet Weather Pumps Mixed Liquor Pumps Effluent Pumps

2. Choose the small pump from the following: Grit Pump RAS/WAS/Pump Recycle Pump, Non-potable Water Pump, Unthicken Sludge Pump Groundwater Pumps

3. Choose the comminutors and screening equipment from the following: Comminutors Influent Screens Screenings Dewatering Equipment Screening Conveyor

1. Has representative equipment and motor performance test data been received?

2. Have the final approved shop drawings been received?

3. Has the final approved O&M manual been received?

4. Has the manufacturer inspected the installation?

5. Has a manufacturer startup occurred?

6. Has the manufacturer O&M training occurred?

7. Is the equipment covered by a new or existing online training module?

8. Has the functionality of the manufacturer control system been demonstrated?

9. Has the vendor control panel/facility SCADA system interface been successfully demonstrated?

10. Have spare parts been received and turned over to the Treatment Division?

11. Have electrical and control checks been completed?

12. Has the warranty been received?

13. Choose the equipment from the following:

1. Choose the secondary treatment equipment from the following: Aeration Blowers Diffuser System Clarifier Collector Mechanism Scum Collection Equipment
