Use the Piping Pre-Commissioning Checklist to ensure piping systems are correctly installed, pressure-tested, and free of leaks before final commissioning.

1. Is a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) conducted?

2. Are work permits obtained?

3. Is the flooding procedure readily available on hand?

4. Is the equipment assembled according to the drawing?

5. Are communications with the dive team checked?

6. Are the fuel, oil, and water levels in the flooding pump skids and diesel generators checked?

7. Are adequate chemicals and the chemical injection spread operational and ready for use?

8. Are the flooding spread valve positions checked?

9. Are the flooding hoses and connections securely fastened?

10. Are the hoses lowered down to the launcher head and confirmed to be connected?

11. Is the position of the launcher head valves confirmed?

12. Are the submersible lift pumps and diesel flooding pumps function tested?

13. Is the pressure chart recorder wound up, signed, and dated, with the flooding chart inserted?

14. Are the flooding, chemical injection, and pipeline pigging logs prepared?

15. Is the pipeline pig configuration in the launcher head confirmed?

16. Has the client-approved representative been advised that you are ready to start flooding operations?

1. Are the diesel engines on the generator and pump skids started?

2. Is the flooding hose connected and secured to both the launcher head and topside?

3. Are the submersible and flooding pumps engaged?

4. Are Pig Launcher Valves No. 2 and No. 3 confirmed shut by the dive team?

5. Is the Pig Launcher Valve No. 1 main supply ball valve confirmed open by the dive team?

6. Is seawater, approximately equivalent to 200m of linear pipe volume, injected into the pipeline for flushing through Valve 1?

7. Did the dive team open Valve 2 and then close it?

8. Is seawater, approximately equivalent to 200m of linear pipe volume, injected into the pipeline for flushing, and is Pig 1 launched?

9. Did the dive team open Valve 3 and then close Valve 2?

10. Is seawater, approximately equivalent to 200m of linear pipe volume, injected into the pipeline for flushing, and is Pig 2 launched?

11. Will chemically treated water be pumped into the pipeline behind Pig 2?

12. After 5 minutes, are launcher valves 1, 2, and 3 opened to pump the pigs to the receiver?

1. Is the pipeline pig's home verified via volumetric calculation?

2. Is the pipeline confirmed to be flooded by observing a pressure spike on the pressure chart recorder, a pig indicator, or by pumping 1.5 times the total pipeline volume?

3. Have the flooding pumps been disengaged and the submersibles turned off?

4. Is the diesel engine allowed to run for 5 minutes under no-load conditions before shutting off the flooding pump skid?

5. Are the submersible pumps and diesel generator switched off?

6. Are the flooding, chemical injection, and pipeline pigging logs, as well as the Inspection Test

7. Plans (ITPs), signed by the client representative?

8. Is the flooding pressure chart recorder signed by the client representative?

9. Is it confirmed that the flooding hoses are depressurized to atmospheric pressure and disconnected prior to disconnection by the dive team?

10. Has the dive team confirmed that the flooding hose is depressurized before disconnection?
