1. Are pump house heating and ventilating louvers inspected?

2. Is the circulation relief valve inspected?

3. Is the pressure relief valve inspected?

4. Are the control valves inspected?

1. Are pump suction, discharge, and bypass valves open?

2. Is piping free of leaks?

3. Is the suction pressure gauge reading normal?

4. Is the system line pressure gauge reading normal?

5. Is the suction reservoir full?

6. Are the wet pit suction screens unobstructed and in place?

1. Is the Controller pilot light illuminated?

2. Is the Transfer switch normal pilot light illuminated?

3. Is the Isolating switch closed in the standby (emergency) source?

4. Is the Reserve phase alarm pilot light off or is the normal phase rotation pilot light on?

5. Is the Oil level in the vertical motor sight glass normal?

1. Is the Fuel tank two-thirds full?

2. Is the Controller selector switch in the "auto" position?
