Use the New Build Snagging List to inspect decorations, flooring, walls, kitchens, doors, windows, etc, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

1. Are external decorations complete and to a consistently acceptable standard?

1. Are all fences and gates complete?

2. Are timber or steel parts protected?

1. Are all paths and drives complete and laid to an even finish?

1. Do gutters and downpipes appear securely fixed and complete?

2. Are they leak-free during rainfall?

3. Are gullies and inspection chambers free of debris?

1. Do any tiles or slates appear cracked or loose?

2. Are all lead flashings complete and secure?

1. Have all builders’ materials and rubbish been removed from the home and garden?

2. Are the home and garden clean and tidy?

1. Is the plasterwork smooth and neatly finished around sockets, switches, pipes, etc.?
