1. Cold water tanks are checked every 6 months (must be below 20 degrees celsius).

2. Annual inspection of cold water tanks is completed.

3. Monthly checks of flow and return to hot storage tanks (flow must be 60 or above, return must be 50 or above).

4. Monthly checks of the hot and cold taps nearest and furthest away from each storage tank.

5. Monthly water temperature checks (hot must be <42, cold must be <20.

6. Weekly purge of dead legs.

7. Weekly purge of little or unused outlets.
