1. Are the coils and condensers cleaned?

2. Are all unit’s filters replaced?

3. Is the outside unit checked, and any debris cleared, with the cabinet door ensured to be closed?

4. Are the cabinets checked for leaks?

5. Are drain lines cleared of any clogs to ensure proper airflow?

6. Are the refrigerant charge, thermostats, and all electrical connections checked during maintenance?

7. Are ducts inspected for dust and mold, along with a check on blowers and blades?

8. Is the fan motor checked for correct operation, and are moving parts lubricated?

1. Are drain lines cleared and all heating elements carefully inspected?

2. Are all moving parts such as bearings and motors lubricated?
