1. Is there anything that needs attention regarding the room smell?

2. Do all the switches work, and are the bulbs working in the lighting check?

3. Are the light switch panels and plug sockets clean? Is there any damage? Are they screwed on tight enough?

4. Is the heating/AC working and clean? Does the heating work, and are the vents clean, etc.?

5. Is there any damage on the walls and corners of the room in the wall damage check?

6. Are all the furniture checks completed? Is the furniture working and undamaged? Is it clean? Is the furniture in working order, and are there any stains, etc.?

7. In the TV check, do the TV, channels, and remote control work? Is the volume on, and are the menus accessible?

8. In the phone check, does the phone ring out? Can you call people, and can you receive a call?

9. Is the sink check completed? Do the taps work, are they not wobbly or dripping? Do they provide hot and cold water, and is there no damage to the sink?

10. Is the toilet check completed? Is the flush fine, and is there no damage to the toilet? Are there no leaks?

11. In the bathroom attachments check, do the toilet roll holder, towel rail, etc., work? Are there any loose screws or other damage?

12. Is the bath/shower check completed? Do the taps work, and does the bath plug hold water and drain well? Is there hot and cold water?

13. In the shower curtain/door check, is it clean, fixed well, and free from breaks, chips, or other damage?

14. Is the tile check completed? Are there any chips? Is the grouting clean and okay, and is the waterproof sealant okay?

15. In the curtain check, are there any stains, and are they working correctly? Is nothing falling down?

16. Is the flooring check completed? Are there any breaks or anything you can trip on? Are there any stains?

17. Are the paintings or wall features attached safely, and are they not broken in the check?
